Every guest room in Alta Vista de Boracay is fully-fitted and fully-furnished. Each room offers spacious floor plans with a stunning view of Boracay's magnificent vistas from your private balcony.
All rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds, cable TV, IDD/ NDD phones, safe deposit box, kitchenette, microwave and refrigerator, coffee and tea-making facilities, and mini-bar.
Studio Suite: 42 square meter; Two queen sized beds; Can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons; With IDD & NDD telephone unit, safety deposit box, internet, cable TV, bar sink, microwave, with coffee or tea making facilities, mini bar, individually-controlled airconditioning unit, marble bathrooms with separate toilet and bath, hairdryer and balcony.
Loft Suite: 62 square meter; Two queen sized beds; Can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons; With IDD & NDD telephone unit, safety deposit box, internet, cable TV,; bar sink, microwave, with coffee or tea making facilities, mini bar, individually controlled airconditioning unit, marble bathrooms with separate toilet and bath, hairdryer and balcony.
Cancellations should be made thirty (30) days prior to arrival or charges apply.
In the event of cancellation the deposit is subject to the following deductions:
Before 30 days prior to arrival full refund 30 to 15 days prior to arrival 50% 14 to 6 days prior to arrival 75% 5 days prior to arrival 100%
Please note that for Super Peak dates* (Christmas/New Year, Chinese New Year & Holy week) there is no refund of deposit regardless of how early a booking was made. For early departures the full amount on unused nights will be required.

Late check-out policy:
Late check-out is accommodated when possible and at management discretion.
Children policy:
Children 7 years old and under are free of charge when using existing bedding maximum of one.
