Address: Balinghai, Boracay view mapBalinghai's cottages are designed to compliment the resorts natural surroundings; with unique pleasures such as a tree incorporated into a living room, or a beautiful rock formation in the shower!
Each cottage, and its furnishings, have been lovingly created by hand; rock formations, and original treated wood for bedposts and doors. The cottage rooms are large and the privacy afforded are unique on Boracay. The cottages include terraces, separate verandas and living rooms leading off from the bedrooms. Each of the cottages can be reached by a series of steps from the Reception Area.
Each bungalow is privately located between 80-30 steps from the beach, the rooms and verandas are very spacious and have large bathrooms. Electrical fans and refrigerators are included as part of the basic room amenities.
Staying at Balinghai you can lie back in your bed at night, admire the starry skies, listen to the sounds of the tropical night and experience the magic of being close to nature.
The Bat House - so named because its wings spread like a bats. This cottage is on the hill, 12 meters above a small beach. Bedroom contains a double bed for two persons, with the possibility of 1 extra bed.
The Hill House - is located on the hill next to the resorts main beach. Good for 2 people there is a cozy veranda and an airy bedroom with one double bed
Rock House - the honeymooners favourite, Rock House is located on the rocks just 10 meters from the beach, and boasts a sweeping view over the sea. The bedroom has one double bed for 2 people, with possibility of extra bed for a child.
The Tree House - This two bedroomed house is within a terraced garden, 25 meters above the beach. The veranda includes a kitchen and a tree in the centre. One bedroom contains a double bed and second bedroom has space for two grown ups or four small children.
The Garden House - is a two-bedroomed house 25 meters on top of the beach. The veranda has a garden with a Jacuzzi and hot water. One bedroom contains a double bed and the other has place for two grown ups or four small children.
In addition, there are 3 Air-conditioned rooms.
All bookings cancelled within 15 days before the arrival date are subject to the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation within 5-15 days before the arrival date - subject to 25% cancellation charge
- Cancellation within 2-5 days before the arrival date - subject to 75% cancellation charge
Cancellation within 0-1 day before the arrival date - subject to 100% cancellation charge - Payments are forfeited for customers who did not show on their booked date and for those who stayed shorter than what was booked.

Children under 9 years of age are free of charge when sharing the bed with parents.
Children 10 years and above, or who require their own bed, will be charged at adult rate
For Cottages & Huts which are good for 2 people there is a maximum of one free child per room
For Cottages & Huts which are good for 4 people, there is a maximum of two free children per booking
