We were not happy about the service. On our way back to Manila, we were supposed to be taken to the jetty port in Boracay at 2:30PM as suggested by Jane (since leaving too early would just bore us as there'd be nothing to do at the airport) but the shuttle service did not arrive until 2:45. We frantically took the fastcraft to take us to Caticlan. When we got there, our Southwest bus already left. We had no choice but to hire a van for 1,200 pesos to take us to Kalibo airport, or we could miss our plane. We thought we saved money on the accommodation, but ended up paying extra 1,200 pesos.

My special Compliments to Boracay hills resort & Royal Park resort for making my stay at both these resorts so memorable for my family and all. Special mention to Claire whoose hospitality has impressed us very much. Not only does she has to accomodate our miscommunications with rgds to room reservations, she has done the exceptional n extra ordinary to make our stay more than comfortable by providing us with a free upgrade much to our unexpected surprise. Once again many thanks for making this trip a most memorable one for us and I would not hesitate to make this website n Boracay Hills one of the most loved sites n place i hv ever visited
