Cancellations should be made thirty (30) days prior to arrival or charges apply. In the event of cancellation the deposit is subject to the following deductions:

- Before 30 days prior to arrival full refund
- 30 to 15 days prior to arrival 50%
- 14 to 6 days prior to arrival 75%
- 5 days prior to arrival 100%

Please note that for Super Peak dates* there is no refund of deposit regardless of how early a booking was made. For early departures the full amount on unused nights will be required.
