1/4 price of the room will be charged for late check out, maximum up to 3pm.
Children policy:
Children below 7 and sharing a bed with parents is free of charge
2 children will be charged as 1 person; 600php per night.

Cancellations should be made thirty (30) days prior to arrival or charges apply.
In the event of cancellation the deposit is subject to the following deductions:
Before 30 days prior to arrival full refund
30 to 15 days prior to arrival 50%
14 to 8 days prior to arrival 20% of total accommodation charge
7 days prior to arrival & no shows 100% of total accommodation charge
Please note that for Super Peak dates* (Christmas/New Year, Chinese New Year & Holy week) there is no refund of deposit regardless of how early a booking was made. For early departures the full amount on unused nights will be required.
