I was quite happy with the service and value in general. The day we arrived the sea was very choppy so we crossed the channel on a closed boat. This boat felt unsafe and uncomfortable because if it did capsize, there is no way the passengers can get out. On the return, the regular boats were a pleasure, almost a treat that one would be willing to pay separately.

We made advance transport transfer booking from Kalibo to Palms of Boracay but regretably when we arrived at Kalibo International, there was no representative from the travel agency Go Discover Travel Ltd and our names were not even on the list of the intermediary agent Southwest. They made some calls and after 15 minutres, we were ushered to a van for the road trip to the jetty. I have to say the service provided by Southwest is good. The arrangement for the return trip was satisfactory.
