Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

We made advance transport transfer booking from Kalibo to Palms of Boracay but regretably when we arrived at Kalibo International, there was no representative from the travel agency Go Discover Travel Ltd and our names were not even on the list of the intermediary agent Southwest. They made some calls and after 15 minutres, we were ushered to a van for the road trip to the jetty. I have to say the service provided by Southwest is good. The arrangement for the return trip was satisfactory.
