La Reserve Boracay

1. For bookings, reservation could be made through e-mail, phone calls, or fax message at least one month before the actual date of stay. 2. The reservation should be confirmed by the given option date and should be secured by giving a 50% deposit in the total amount of the accommodation payable only to the La Reserve's account either by cash or major credit cards. 3. In case of credit card payment, the following requirements should be complied through fax or e-mail for the deduction of 50% deposit for the rooms accommodation. a. Application form to debit credit card account b. Photocopy of front and back of credit card. c. Photocopy of the passport 4. In case of cancellation, the reservation should be cancelled at least a week before the option date. 5. In regards with the cancellation of reservation with 50% deposit, cancellation should be made at least two weeks before the arrival date. Deposit will be refunded but we required a cancellation charge of 10% from the published rate. 6. If cancellation was made after two weeks before arrival date the 50% deposit of guest should be non refundable. 7. Full payment for accommodation should be made 48 hours before the arrival of guest if possible or upon arrival at reception counter. 8. In case of cancellation or no show or complain for the reservation of rooms on the date of, advanced payment is not refundable.
