Cancellations should be made thirty (30) days prior to arrival or charges apply.
In the event of cancellation the deposit is subject to the following deductions:
Before 30 days prior to arrival full refund 30 to 15 days prior to arrival 50% 14 to 6 days prior to arrival 75% 5 days prior to arrival 100%
Please note that for Super Peak dates* (Christmas/New Year, Chinese New Year & Holy week) there is no refund of deposit regardless of how early a booking was made. For early departures the full amount on unused nights will be required.
* Super Peak Dates: Christmas/New Year - December 22, 2011 - Jan 5,2012 Chinese New Year - January 23,2012 - February 6,2012 Holy Week - Mar 30, 2012 to April 8, 2012
Late check-out policy:
Late checkout is available at manager's discretion.
Children policy:
Children under 8 years old are free of charge when sharing existing bedding.
