The three swimming pools are a premier feature of One MGM. The Roman pool faces serene tropical scenery and is situated near the pool bar and restaurant, which serves light meals outdoors. The Waterfalls pool (adjacent to the main restaurant) offers the more active guest two sections: an adult pool with an impressive waterfall and a children's pool (a life-guard is on watch during the high season).
The roof deck of the palace and the greenhouse roof garden with Chinese teahouse are open to all hotel guests and offers stunning views of Boracay's sunsets. * An insider's tip: have your camera ready from 5:30-6:15 p.m. for the best cinematic photographs of Boracay's spectacular sunsets!

Policies and Other Information
Check-out time is 12nn. We will be pleased to arrange a late check-out time from the hotel if you let us know in advance. An additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out.
Children policy:
Children who are under 7 years of age will not be charged when sharing the same room as the parent(s) subject to the existing bedding arrangement of a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children to a room. Children who are 7 years of age and above shall be considered adults for the purposes of all reservations and payment.

Cancellations should be made thirty (30) days prior to arrival or charges apply.
In the event of cancellation the deposit is subject to the following deductions:
Before 30 days prior to arrival full refund
30 to 15 days prior to arrival 50%
14 to 6 days prior to arrival 75%
5 days prior to arrival 100%
Please note that for Super Peak dates* (Christmas/New Year, Chinese New Year & Holy week) there is no refund of deposit regardless of how early a booking was made. For early departures the full amount on unused nights will be required.
