Late check-out until 3pm is permitted, depending on the availability of casitas.
Children policy:
Only 1 child is allowed free of charge, if below 10 years old.

Cancellation due to personal reasons:
If guest does a no-show or cancels one day prior to check-in, they are subject to payment of total bill.
If cancelled 2-7 days prior to check-in, 30% cancellation charge will apply.
If cancelled 8-15 days prior to check-in, 20% of total booking is forfeited.
If cancelled 16 days onwards, 15% of total booking is forfeited.
Cancellation due to force majeure:
If guest does a no-show or cancels one day prior to check-in, 50% of the total bill is forfeited.
If guest will do a shorter stay than booked, this is subject to forfeiture of total payment.
