Punta Rosa is completed in just six months and in complete secrecy. The owner explained to his children that he constantly needed to be away on " Business Trips" but in reality he was busy traveling back and forth to this seven kilometers stretch of white sand and blue skies to oversee the creation of this six storey " SURPRISE". Complete just last Christmas under the devoted supervision of Puerta Rican New Yorker Irma Hernandez, each room has been well thought out with exotic yet subtle design influences from all over the world as a family's dream vacation house. Since Then, the owner of Punta Rosa decided to open the doors to share their home with guests and family as a means to help maintain year round operations costs. Irma most graciously agreed to stay on with Punta Rosa to manage the Family Beach home.

Punta Rosa's polished stones and aged slabs of molave, once used for train tracks, provide for a generous staircase that leads up the six levels from the beach to Punta Rosa's common upperdeck. Once there, the birds eye view from the main deck complements the natural slopes of western Boracay, the perfect spot for lazy lounging as the carefree beach days go by.
