Two of our beach houses are given very Filipino names, MACTAN HOUSE, ANITO HOUSE and SLATE HOUSE.
Built using indigenous and imported construction material, all three houses have an architecture that is both modern and tropical, which blends well with the local scenery.
The carefully designed rooms are appointed different themes. Each room comes with a set of designer furniture, high-end European bathroom fixtures and lights, and a wide collection of artworks from local and international artists, making each room unique and an exciting place to stay in. Manila-based One Place Design Group was hired to carefully plan and supervise the whole project.

Policies and Other Information
Check-out time is 12nn. We will be pleased to arrange a late check-out time from the hotel if you let us know in advance. An additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out.
Children policy:
Children who are under 12 years of age will not be charged when sharing the same room as the parent(s) subject to the existing bedding arrangement of a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children to a room. Children who are 12 years of age and above shall be considered adults for the purposes of all reservations and payment.

Other Disclosures:
Full prepayment of room/s reserved shall be required to avail of the special internet rates. The hotel has the right to change options for payment as it deemed necessary.
Cancellations should be made thirty (30) days prior to arrival or charges apply.
In the event of cancellation the deposit is subject to the following deductions:
Before 30 days prior to arrival full refund
30 to 15 days prior to arrival 50%
14 to 6 days prior to arrival 75%
5 days prior to arrival 100%
Please note that for Super Peak dates* (Christmas/New Year, Chinese New Year & Holy week) there is no refund of deposit regardless of how early a booking was made. For early departures the full amount on unused nights will be required.

Christmas/New Year - December 22, 2011 - Jan 5,2012
Chinese New Year - January 23,2012 - February 6,2012
Holy Week - Mar 30, 2012 to April 8, 2012
For any amendments of confirmed bookings you will be charged an administrative fee of Php 2,000. If your amendment reduces the number of nights you have booked with us, you will be charged the administrative fee plus the cancellation fee for the cancelled nights (according to our cancellation policy).
