2012 Boracay International Dragon Boat Festival

The 2012 Boracay International Dragon Boat Festival will be held on April 26-28 2012 and will be bigger and even better than the previous years - a fun-filled event incorporating the dragon boat spirit of sportsmanship and great international camaraderie. Organised by the Boracay Island Paddlers Association (BIPA) the festival is supported by the Philippine Department of Tourism and the Municipality of Malay
There are various race categories to participate in. Festival program includes parade welcome cocktails and opening ceremony with the parade of teams and the traditional dotting of the “eye of the dragon” and a most enjoyable awards dinner and farewell party for all participants.
