Kalibo Airport

During the "Habagat" Season Mid-June up to Mid-November, the island experiences the monsoon season, characterized by strong wind, high waves, and rain.

For the safety of all visitors the Philippine Coast Guard can, at any time, announce the switching of Boracay ports; Cagban to Tabon.

On such occasions you may experience some unavoidable inconveniences that are beyond the control of our transfer operator, such as muddy ground, heavier traffic, and inability of large buses to enter smaller port areas. In this case, travelling passengers will be required to transfer to smaller vehicles to reach the port.

Please understand that Port Switching is dictated by the Coastguard and is unavoidable.

Bookings, with complete details as requested below, should be made a minimum of 3 days before your planned transfer date.   

Booking Note: Bookings are confirmed on the basis of travellers providing all the required information.  Failure to provide the information may result in your booking being cancelled and refunded.

Please use the Special Request box on our Booking Page to add the required information:-

  • The names of ALL people in your party.  
  • The name of the hotel where you will be dropped off & Picked up
  • Your flight numbers and estimated arrival and departure times

 

Children who are 6 to 10 years will be charged at Child Rate. Children who are 3 to 5 years old are charged at a reduced child rate. Please Provide your child's age in the Travellers Request box

 

When you receive your Booking Voucher, print it out and keep it with your other important travel documents.   Make a note of the Tour Operators Contact Number, in case you need to contact them

 

Please be advised that it is the traveller's responsibility to advise of any changes to hotel or pick up point a minimum of 24 hours prior to the transfer date; contact the Tour Operator direct (number will be provided on the Booking Voucher).  We can not guarantee that last minute changes can be accommodated

 

If your flight is diverted, cancelled or rescheduled and you are unable to contact the Transfer Operator by telephone, please make your way to their Booth on arrival, which is located outside of the Airport, and present your Booking Voucher.

 

On arrival at Kalibo Airport, you will be met by our Guides in the Arrival Hall, or just outside.  Our Guides wear Orange Polo Shirts and will direct you to the check-in area, prior to your boarding your shuttle

 

Our Tour Operator will contact your hotel IF your collection time for the return journey changes.  Their contact number will also be provided in your Booking Voucher

 

Please be ready in your hotel lobby a minimum of 15 minutes before your pick-up.  Travellers who are not ready for their pick-up cause delays to others who may have earlier flights.

Please be advised that it is the traveller's responsibility to ensure that they disembark with all of their belongings.

Caring For The Customer

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
