Calypso Resort and Diving, Station White Beach is usually the meeting point for this Trip, but we may advise you prior to the Trip of a different meet-up location.Please be advised you are required to meet with Nicolas, the evening before, so he can brief you and take a copy of your licence and log-book.

Bookings, with payment and complete details as requested below, should be made a minimum of 5 days before the Trip Date.   

Booking Note: Bookings are confirmed on the basis of travellers providing all the required information.  Failure to provide the information may result in your booking being cancelled and refunded.

Please use the Special Request box on our Booking Page to add the required information:-

    • The names, date of birth and nationality of ALL Divers in your party, as well as their Dive Qualifications
    • The names, date of birth and nationality of non-divers in your party
    • The name of the hotel where you will be staying, for contact purposes
    • Any Dietary Requirements that the Dive Operator needs to be aware of.

 

Important Information:

You are required to meet the Dive Operator, the night before the trip between 5-6pm, at Calypso Resort and Dive Center, and should bring with you your Dive Logbook.

 

When you receive your Booking Voucher, print it out and keep it with your other important travel documents.   Make a note of the Contact Number, in case you need to contact the Dive Operator.  Please note that Calypso Resort is the meeting venue only and is not the Dive Operator.


It is the traveller's responsibility to advise of ANY changes to their booking, a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour pick-up time, by contacting the Tour Operator direct (number on the Booking Voucher). We can not guarantee that last minute changes can be accommodated as the Trip will depart Boracay at 5.30am.

Caring For The Customer

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
